Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a practical strength based solution focused approach to individual and organisational change based on the assumption that questions and dialogue about strengths, successes, values, hopes and dreams are themselves transformational. It is a process to enhance excellence in leadership, partnership and capacity building on all levels and an innovative participatory way of working and collaborating to implement best practices. A relatively new way of leading change initiatives, planning strategically, and coaching it not only reduces or eliminates resistance; it actually generates momentum and positive energy for change!
